Refund & Transfer Policy:

All payments are final, and refunds are not available once registration is complete. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person, but it is your responsibility to find a replacement. Alternatively, your payment may be transferred to a future offering within six months.

Missed Class:

Due to the nature of this event, no refunds or make-up sessions are available if you cannot attend.

Course Materials:

All materials provided, including meditations, technique and choreography, are for personal use only and cannot be shared, copied, or redistributed without prior permission.

This course is a safe, inclusive, and supportive space. We ask all participants to honour boundaries, respect each other’s experiences, and foster an environment of trust. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Health & Safety:

Participants are responsible for their own well-being throughout the course. Please inform the facilitator of any injuries or health conditions before the session begins. By enrolling, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally able to participate.

Bella Fuego reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the schedule or content. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

Photography & Video:

Some parts of the course may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. You will be informed in advance and have the option to opt out if you prefer not to be included.

By participating, you acknowledge that Bella Fuego is not responsible for any personal injuries, health issues, or accidents that may occur during the course, whether in-person or online. Participation is voluntary, and all risks related to movement and emotional exploration are assumed by the participant. If you have health concerns, it is your responsibility to consult a medical professional before joining.
